  4. I mostly used it for underarms as I hate shaving there and would get 5 o'clock shadow (which hurt!) Super happy with my results - my lamp cartridge is still good... I haven't used it in about 6 months or so, and haven't noticed any change in the hair reduction. Maybe you got defective ones?? Go on their facebook page and complain - they are very quick to respond and fix problems!

  7. I didn't do the full recommended treatment cycle as life has gotten busy - but I did do it the way I was suppose to for 3 months. I have had a 80-90% reduction and still choose to shave as my hair grows in dark. But definitely happy with the results! I plan to start doing it again this spring/summer to see if I can reduce it further.

  8. Do you still have to shave at all since it's only a reduction in hair?

  10. Lamp Cartridge burns out fast. still have hair after 2 years. if you do not do it regularly they come back. some places aroud knee never went away. extremely time consuming. cost adds up, 2 cartridge a year. painful, unless one of your light filament burned out, but then it is less effective

  13. @ Maryg92844- No I haven't. I have used it for pore tightening, sun spots, rosacea and improved collegan and elastin.

  14. @ KrissyL579 - I don't find it hurts at all. I used it at a fairly high setting ( 6/7/8 is what was recommended for me from the color chart). It does sorta hurt when I go over a mole/dark freckle but nothing bad. And the bikini area/underarms are a bit sensitive because I have darker hair there... but I still wouldn't call it pain... just uncomfortable.

  15. @ hijessicamyers -
The hair removal can't call itself permanent because your body is always changing... they just call it permanent reduction. I have been doing it for 3 months at 2 weeks intervals and I have a definate reduction.
