Hi Dream33, thank you very much for your comment. I do agree if you have lots of hair, and high fluence settings is used, it could be uncomfortable at times. But with the new HS handpiece, using a very clever vacuum assisted device, we need only a very low fluence, thus reducing the pain and heat. It is definitely one of the better systems in market. Our clients who have experience using other systems like IPL or long pulse YAG lasers noticed the marked difference with LIGHTSHEER DUET.
