  3. I have the glycolix elite 15% body lotion that I use on my legs. I do feel it burning though. Your right, it does help but you have to be consistent with it and that is where I mess up. I will put it on everyday for a week then just get lazy and not do it anymore and my ingrowns come back.

  4. Use a glycolic lotion (Aqua Glycolic hand & body is excellent). It will help tremendously to shed the skin gradually over time, leaving it super smooth and clearer in overall tone (it doesn't hurt or anything; you don't feel anything).

  7. it takes two weeks for the hairs to start falling out. and those black dots won't come out or at least not all of it for sure!! (i had 18 sessions done on my upper body) yah i know a lot!! lost 80% of my hair. i went from a monkey for almost a human. cant wait for 100% hair lost!! :) yes exfoliating would help a lot. but is nothing to worry about

  8. The spa where I got my treatment recommended that I use hydrocortisan cream twice a day on the treated area which supposedly gets rid of the ingrown hair problem. She also said exfoliating witha gentle loofah during your daily shower is also a good idea.

  10. Not on my legs. The hairs were too ingrown and they little black dots are still there just not as bad. If I pick at them a little they come out though so I know they are dead just stuck under all my dead skin. Underarms and bikini worked great though. I am doing another treatment in February.
