  19. Would bleaching, shaving or tweezing save you from the problem you mention? Nope. Id say waxing is the best option.

    i tweeze it ndd tht was wen it became noticeable i was thinkin bout waxin but afraid i hav to keep waxin it for rest of my life
    does bleachin make my upper lip hair blonde ndd more noticeable
    (i hav black ndd thick hair on my head)

  23. bleaching is good for vellus hairs (the fine soft wisps of hair) but if you have very thick & hard terminal hairs it won't do a thing for it. I have terminal hairs on my face & I left the damn bleach on for ovr 15 min. & the hair was still black. Used a razor & you can't see a thing.

  25. I wax every now and again! Shave...NO! Ahh! I couldn't imagine having to shave every day. Just deal with the pain and get it over with! Waxing or threading is the way to go, but if your "problem" isn't much of a problem, then just bleach!
