  1. Acetone does NOT damage your hair, it just dries it up and leave it unprotected, you just have to put on a little bit of leave in conditioner or immediately wash your hair with regular conditioner and done. Now your hair is going to be the same of always. ; )

  8. Wow...Acetone is really not good for the hair, it drys the hair out immensely.
For keratin bonds just use the Take Down Remover for hair extensions and the fusion flat iron to melt the bond-it slips right out!
Take Down gets all the glue residue off the roots of your hair and it softens your roots if they are matted from oil or lint build-up.

  11. I had feather extensions put in and the stylist used fusion glue pebbles. They hurt my head so I found some glue removal product at sally's..it didn't work but the acetone idea is perfect!

  14. i have thin hair, but a lot of hair. therefore i found microlinks painful and they kind of pulled my hair out because they weigh more. i didn't get bald but still it took a loooong time and wasn't pleasant to get out. also they are plastic instead of keratin which makes it heavier and gives an unnatural feel. but i guess it' different for everyone.

  15. Thank you so much. Your video is so helpful. I got all my keratin extensions removed last nite. I did by myself. I took me 4 hours, but it helps. It feels so much better now. I got 100% acetone, and a pliers from Homedepot ($2.97). It costs me just almost $5 to remove all my extension, instead of $100 @ the salon.

  22. hahaha it took me until 40 seconds to realise its a fake person!

  23. Yup, you can. You just cut the bond completely off and use the heating tool to glue the extension hair to a new bond, then you glue it to your hair like you would in the first place. If you wanna see it being done, just type in "How to install hair extensions" by Donnabellahair and it shows it towards the end of the video :)
