    The brown dots are the hairs being ejected from the follicles.

    The treatment is permanent. The trained nurses take care in using the proper setting on the laser so there is no pigmentation. The hairs come out at the time of treatment and then continue for a few days after.

    how long does it last? Are there any side effects (like pigmentation?) Also, how long after the treatment do the hairs naturally fall out?
