He's saying that it's virtually pain free because he doesn't have 90% of his body hair anymore (as he claims). The truth is that it hurts depending on the thickness and density of your hairgrowth. For me, who has about 2-3 hairs growing out of every hair follicle and where the growth density is like 3-4 mm, it's torture to do the treatments even on a lower power level.
